1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Yulin Innovations Pte Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Folo mobile application ("App") and the website foloapp.live ("Website"). By downloading, installing, or using Folo, you confirm that you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

To create an account and use Folo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not have been previously suspended, banned, or removed from Folo.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above requirements.

3. Account Registration

Certain features of Folo require you to create an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that takes place under your account.
• Notify us immediately at info@foloapp.live if you suspect any unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Folo responsibly and in accordance with our Community Guidelines. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using the App for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Harassing, threatening, bullying, stalking, or intimidating other users.
• Posting, sharing, or transmitting content that is obscene, sexually explicit, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or violent.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your identity.
• Soliciting money, goods, or services from other users.
• Spamming, phishing, or distributing malicious software.
• Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or interact with the App.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with any security features.
• Recording, screenshotting, or capturing video calls, voice chats, or private messages without the other party's explicit consent.
• Sharing content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or a permanent ban, at our sole discretion.

5. Content

5.1 User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for all content you create, upload, share, or transmit through Folo ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and improve the App.

5.2 Content Moderation

We employ both AI-powered tools and trained human moderators to review content on the platform. We reserve the right to remove, restrict, or edit any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, without prior notice.

5.3 Company Content

All text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and other materials available through the App and Website are the property of Yulin Innovations Pte Ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Virtual Currency, Gifts, and Purchases

Folo may offer virtual coins, tokens, or gifts ("Virtual Items") available for purchase with real money. When purchasing Virtual Items, you acknowledge that:

• Virtual Items carry no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• We may change the pricing, availability, or functionality of Virtual Items at any time.
• Any unused Virtual Items will be forfeited if your account is terminated.

7. Subscriptions and Premium Features

Folo may offer subscription-based premium features. If you choose to subscribe:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings (Google Play Store).
• Refund eligibility for subscriptions is governed by the policies of the relevant app store.

8. Privacy

Your use of Folo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. By using Folo, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

9. Intellectual Property

The Folo name, logo, brand identity, and all related trademarks, service marks, and copyrights are the exclusive property of Yulin Innovations Pte Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written permission.

10. Third-Party Services

Folo may integrate with or link to third-party services, websites, or applications (such as payment processors, analytics providers, or social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Your use of such services is at your own risk and is subject to their respective terms and policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Folo is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
• Any defects or errors will be corrected promptly.
• The App is free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The results or connections obtained from using the App will meet your expectations.

We do not guarantee the behaviour, identity, or intentions of any user you interact with on the platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yulin Innovations Pte Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Folo, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• Personal injury or emotional distress.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Folo shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yulin Innovations Pte Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of Folo, any violation of these Terms, or any infringement of the rights of a third party.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Upon termination:

• Your right to access and use Folo ceases immediately.
• Any unused Virtual Items, coins, or tokens are forfeited.
• We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Folo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith by contacting us at info@foloapp.live.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Your continued use of Folo after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yulin Innovations Pte Ltd regarding your use of Folo and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
